It will be a wonderful Armenian wedding.
A joyful news has resonated, connecting the worlds of music and big football. The winner of the sixth season of the vocal show "Well, Everyone Together!" Elen Badalyan, who recently conquered the stage with her talent, said "yes" to the marriage proposal from the striker of the German club Borussia and the Armenian national team Grant-Leon Ranos. The romantic event took place in an atmosphere of celebration and sunshine during the couple's vacation in Dubai.
On her personal page on the social network "VKontakte," Elen had long set her status to "in love," but preferred not to publicize the details of her personal life, focusing on her creativity. Now, on the eve of the new year 2026, she has introduced her fiancé to her followers. The wedding of the two young and ambitious stars promises to be one of the most beautiful social events.
At just 18 years old, Elen Badalyan has already achieved a lot. She was born in Moscow into an Armenian family. Her parents always loved music but did not dare to tie their lives to creativity. Her father owns a barbershop, while her mother took care of the children. Elen's talent manifested early. At the age of six, she entered a music school for piano, and from the age of seven, she has been professionally engaged in pop vocals. Even then, she not only sang but also composed her first songs, and alongside music, at her father's insistence, she practiced boxing from the age of nine, which perhaps hardened not only her character but also her will to win.
Elen's journey to the big stage began, like many talented children, with numerous competitions and festivals, where she consistently took prize places, becoming a laureate of the "Golden Voice of Russia" and "Star Paper." However, the real serious test was participating in the sixth season of the show "The Voice. Kids" in 2019. During the blind auditions, performing the complex composition by Stevie Wonder "Don’t You Worry ‘Bout a Thing," she captivated Valery Meladze and Svetlana Loboda.
"When you sing, it seems to me that you can imitate any instrument. And there is so much groove, so much drive, and so much energy in your voice… you can do everything!" Loboda admired, whose team Elen chose.
Although she had to concede and leave the project during the "battles" stage, this experience became a crucial school and springboard for her. In 2020, she took third place at the "Children's New Wave," and in 2021, she achieved a bright victory at the international competition "Big Stage."
After a series of victories, Elen was noticed. She received an offer from the major label Black Star. However, the girl made a conscious choice in favor of in-depth study and enrolled in the Larisa Dolina Academy. Badalyan continues to hone her skills to this day. The young artist decided to try her hand at the show "Well, Everyone Together!" Elen herself stated that this event divided her life into "before" and "after," opening the road to her dream. The victory brought Badalyan not only fame and the main prize of 5 million rubles but also the opportunity to record a song at one of the best studios in Russia.
On the other side of this beautiful story is 22-year-old footballer Grant-Leon Ranos, a rising star of German football and one of the key players of the Armenian national team. The athlete was born on July 20, 2003, in the small town of Gerden in Lower Saxony, to an ethnic Armenian family that emigrated from the village of Karakhunj. His football journey began at the local club "Bennigsen," where scouts from "Hannover 96" noticed the talented boy.
