Enjoy magical tricks and bubbles
During both days of the festival, children will be able to immerse themselves in a true whirlwind of joy. The mysterious underwater world will reign on stage, where on March 7 at 11:00, the mice Pix and Pika from Peļu rotaļnīca will come to the children with games and songs among bright fish and corals. And on March 8 at 11:00, the beloved characters from Tutas lietas will invite the little ones to play. Incredible tricks will be demonstrated by the illusionist Valdemars Veiss, there will be a bubble show, performances by famous children's pop groups, a circus studio, and little dancers. All of this will be hosted by the frog Kva-kva and the Jellyfish.

Have fun to the fullest
This year, the festival will feature a special novelty for children – neon discos, where kids can dive into a bright world of neon, music, and rhythms! The neon discos will take place for 15 minutes on both days of the festival at 12:30, 13:30, and 14:30. Additionally, at Kipsala, children will be able to enjoy themselves in the spacious Activepark, where free and paid attractions for different ages will be available. In the creative activities zone Smilšu lampas, one can immerse into an unforgettable sensory adventure, where the noise of the festival will transform into a calm, relaxing underwater kingdom. At the participants' stands, there will also be play corners – building with Lego, sawing wooden figures, racing toy jeeps on a racetrack, molding in a sandbox with construction equipment, and playing board games. For the children's enjoyment, there will also be cotton candy, ice cream, popcorn, and other treats!

Meet Tuta
Did you know that you can not only fly to Africa but also sail there? Tuta, along with other characters, decided to visit Feneka in Africa, but how will she do it? Start your Sunday morning with Tuta and find out! Let's embark on a great water adventure together on March 8 at 11:00! Games in Peļu rotaļnīca
If you sing, move, and grow – Peļu rotaļnīca is calling! Through games, the little ones master essential everyday skills – first words, movements, eating habits, hygiene, and sleep, as well as much more. Therefore, when mom and dad need to know how to engage with their child at home, Peļu rotaļnīca comes to the rescue with original songs, finger games, and activities for child development. Come on March 7 at 11:00 to meet the mice from Peļu rotaļnīca and learn new songs! They were created by the creative association Pasaku nams in collaboration with Māmiņu klubs. The new program is intended for children up to 3 years old.

Meet rescuers and learn about safety
This year, Kipsala will once again host the beloved "Safety Quarter" for children and parents, where in a friendly atmosphere, you can meet police officers, firefighters, medics, electricians, and representatives of other special services. There will also be plenty of useful information on how to protect yourself and your family from various disasters. Children will be able to climb into vehicles and a police boat, sit on an ATV, and peek into a large fire truck. You can discuss fire safety with the VUGD mascot Guntina, as well as meet the mascot of the Riga municipal police – the dog Rotto. Little daredevils will be able to see the rescuers' equipment and various tools that specialists use for rescue and emergency response.
