Croatian Pianist Maksim Mrvica to Perform in Latvia for the First Time

For the first time in Latvia, Croatian pianist Maksim Mrvica will perform with his orchestra, presenting an incredible repertoire from his new album SEGMENTI. The concert will take place on April 29 at Xiaomi Arēna.

Maksim Mrvica is one of the best-selling pianists in the world, working in various genres. His albums have sold over 4 million copies in 57 countries and have received gold and platinum status in many regions.

Maksim showed his talent early, completing his studies at the Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest and the Alexander Scriabin Conservatory in Paris. He won first prize at the National Competition in Croatia and also first prize at the Rubinstein Piano Competition in France.

After signing a contract with EMI, his album "Piano Player" sold over 4 million copies. It received double platinum status in Hong Kong and gold status in Singapore and many other countries.

The musician toured 20 cities in Japan, which was recognized as the largest tour in the history of international artists.

His musical style transcends genre boundaries, combining classical music, film soundtracks, pop music, and electronic music in collaboration with EMI, Sony, and Universal.

Maksim Mrvica has performed at prestigious venues and events such as Hammersmith Apollo in London, Palais des Congrès in Paris, United Palace in New York, Suntory Hall in Tokyo, the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, Sydney Opera House, Mercedes-Benz Arena in Shanghai, CCTV Spring Gala Festival, and many others.

His artistic versatility extends beyond music and touches the world of fashion, where his collaborations with leading brands such as Dolce Gabbana, Armani, and Christian Dior led Vogue Homme to name him the most stylish man. Other brands attracted by his charisma and immense talent include American Express, BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Samsung, Star Alliance, and Yamaha.
