The Ministry of Culture has announced a competition for the execution of state tasks in the field of dance, as stated in a message in the official publication "Latvijas vēstnesis."
According to the competition rules, the tasks of public administration include the evaluation of new dance performances by professional and amateur groups in Latvia, the organization of an award ceremony in the field of dance, as well as the promotion of dance art in society and at the international level.
The candidate approved in the competition will receive funding for this area of up to 67,000 euros per year for three years to accomplish the assigned tasks.
