Pickled cucumbers are a delicious and aromatic addition to any table.
It is especially nice to take them out on a cold winter evening for dinner to delight yourself and your loved ones.
But first, they need to be pickled.
At first glance, it may seem that this process is long and complicated. In fact, it is not.
There is a recipe that will help you prepare them in just 5 minutes.
For 500 grams of fresh and firm small cucumbers, you will need:
1 tsp of salt;
0.5 tsp of red hot pepper;
3 cloves of garlic;
1 tbsp of mustard and honey;
2 tbsp of chopped dill;
2 tsp of 9% vinegar;
25 ml of vegetable oil;
25 ml of cold boiled water.
How to Pickle Cucumbers
The preparation process is quite simple. First, slice the vegetables into circles about one centimeter thick.
Then add the remaining ingredients to the cucumbers, mix, and transfer to a container with a lid for 2 hours. After that, place the dish in the refrigerator.
After a couple of hours, you can transfer the cucumbers to a jar.
The cucumbers turn out to be spicy, crunchy, and very aromatic.
