2 cups of semolina;
1 cup of kefir;
2 eggs;
20 g of sugar;
5 g of baking soda;
1 pinch of salt.
Preparation
In a deep bowl, mix warm kefir and eggs, add salt, baking soda, and sugar. Gently stir the ingredients, then add the semolina.
The batter for the pancakes should be thick enough to slowly drip from the spoon.
Heat the frying pan and place the batter in the shape of pancakes. Fry them on both sides until golden brown.
Place the finished pancakes on paper towels to remove excess oil used for frying.
Serve the dish hot with your favorite jam, preserves, or condensed milk.
