Over the week, fuel prices in Tallinn and Riga have increased, while in Vilnius they have decreased, according to a price comparison in the capitals of the Baltic countries conducted by 'Circle K'.
Compared to last Thursday, gasoline in Tallinn has increased by 19 cents, while diesel fuel has risen by 16 cents. In Riga, all types of fuel have become 3 cents more expensive. In Vilnius, gasoline prices have dropped by 1.5 cents, and diesel by 3 cents.
On Friday, 95 octane gasoline in the Estonian capital cost €1.879, which is 3.5 cents more than in Riga and 6 cents more than in Vilnius. The price of 98 octane plus gasoline in Tallinn was €1.939 - 2.5 cents higher than in Riga and 2.1 cents more than in Vilnius.
The cost of diesel fuel in Tallinn was €1.969, which is 1.5 cents cheaper than in Riga and 3 cents less than in Vilnius.
