Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has called for fuel conservation amid the war in the Middle East. He wrote this on his social media account on X.
A government representative stated that due to the crisis in the Persian Gulf, many countries are facing difficulties in obtaining sufficient amounts of oil.
"Until the problem is resolved, we must use fuel sparingly and rationally. In this regard, I want to urge all parties — sellers, gas stations, consumers — to be frugal," he stated.
