The Chinese express delivery sector demonstrated double-digit growth in 2025. Overall, the country's postal industry processed 196.75 billion parcels in 11 months.

The express delivery sector in China processed 180.74 billion parcels in the first 11 months of this year, which is 14.9% more than in the same period last year. This was reported citing data from the State Post Bureau of China.

According to the agency, during the mentioned period, the country's postal industry, which includes express delivery services, processed 196.75 billion parcels. This is 12.9% more than in the same period of 2024.

The total revenue of the industry during this time exceeded 1.63 trillion yuan, or $230.87 billion, which is 6.7% more compared to the same period last year. The revenue of companies engaged in express delivery reached nearly 1.36 trillion yuan, which is 7.1% more compared to the previous year.

The volume of express shipments within a single city amounted to 14.47 billion units. Compared to the same period of 2024, this figure increased by 2.2%. Meanwhile, the volume of interregional express delivery operations grew by 16.3%, totaling 162.44 billion parcels.
