Russian President Vladimir Putin, at a meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects, demanded the immediate launch of the government's prepared plan for structural changes in the economy.
This plan, aimed at the period until 2030, is expected to create modern, well-paid jobs in high-tech industries and in production with high added value, as well as to increase the consumption of domestic goods.
