At the end of November, about 10,000 Ukrainians were working in Latvia, with the most common professions in the fall being cleaner, laborer, store worker, seller, and cook, according to the latest report from the Ministry of the Interior on the current situation regarding support for residents of Ukraine in Latvia.
This year, a total of 18,210 Ukrainian citizens crossed the external border of Latvia, and this flow remains moderate and stable, with a slight upward trend during the summer period. Most of those entering through the external border arrive via Riga Airport.
A total of 31,412 Ukrainian citizens have been registered for temporary protection status in Latvia. Since the beginning of the war, the status has been revoked for 30,551 individuals.
