In the United Kingdom, the richest man in the country, businessman of Indian descent Gopichand Hindujah, has died at the age of 86. This was reported by the Financial Times (FT) citing sources.
It is noted that the businessman passed away after a prolonged illness. Other circumstances of his death have not been disclosed.
For many years, Gopichand, along with his brother Srichand, who died in May 2023, led the Indian conglomerate Hinduja Group.
