Various trends in fuel prices were observed in the capitals of the Baltic states over the past work week, according to aggregated data from the LETA agency.
At the end of the work week, the highest price for gasoline was in Riga, followed by Vilnius, while the lowest was in Tallinn. At the same time, the most expensive diesel fuel was sold in Vilnius, then came Riga, and the least expensive diesel was in Tallinn.
In Riga, at the "Circle K" gas station on Krasta Street, on Friday the price of 95 octane gasoline remained stable at 1.554 euros per liter. The price of diesel fuel also did not change over the week and was 1.534 euros per liter.
In Vilnius, at the "Circle K" gas station on Savanoriu Avenue, on Friday 95 octane gasoline cost 1.509 euros per liter, which is 4.1% higher than a week earlier. The price of diesel fuel increased by 4.8% to 1.539 euros per liter.
In Tallinn, at the "Circle K" stations, the price of 95 octane gasoline remained at the level of the previous week — 1.479 euros per liter. However, diesel fuel on Friday cost 1.329 euros, which is 3.6% less than a week earlier.
The price of autogas in Riga and Vilnius did not change over the week and was 0.915 euros and 0.709 euros per liter, respectively, on Friday. In Tallinn, however, the price of autogas increased by 0.4% to 0.896 euros per liter.
