One of the most famous film locations in Italy, where the final scene of the movie "Casino Royale" about James Bond was filmed, has appeared on the real estate market, reports Time Out.
This is not about the entire historic villa, but rather one of the apartments in the famous Villa La Gaeta on the shores of Lake Como.
It is near this building that Agent 007, played by Daniel Craig, tracks down and captures Mr. White at the end of the film.
What is for sale
For sale are the renovated apartments from 2023 in a non-medieval villa, offered by Sotheby's agency. The residence is located on the first floor and spans two levels. It includes: a living room with access to a terrace; a kitchen; a bedroom; a bathroom; another bedroom with a separate bathroom on the lower level; an additional room; access to a private dock.
Along with the apartments, the new owner will receive two parking spaces, as well as their own dock with a place for mooring a boat.
The price of the property is approximately between 1.2 and 1.4 million euros. Given its location on the shores of Lake Como and its status as an iconic film location, the authors of the material describe this price as quite moderate, reports the UNIAN agency.
