In Yekaterinburg, a multi-story residential building was damaged due to an attack by a Ukrainian drone, with nine people seeking medical assistance. This was reported on Saturday, April 25, by the governor of the Sverdlovsk region, Denis Pasler, via Telegram, as noted by DW.
One patient was hospitalized due to poisoning from combustion products. There are no injuries among the victims. Psychologists are working with the residents. Five people refused hospitalization.
According to preliminary data, 44 apartments were damaged, and 81 people were evacuated. Residents were directed to a temporary accommodation center at school No. 10, and one family was placed in a hotel. People were provided with water, hot meals, and sleeping places.
Specialists assessed the load-bearing structures of the building, and there is no threat of collapse. The housing will be repaired. Those whose apartments are intact will be able to return home after the investigative activities are completed.
SHOT: Yekaterinburg Attacked by "Lyuty" UAVs
As clarified by the Telegram channel SHOT, drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked the Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk regions for the first time. Residents of Yekaterinburg heard a rumble in the sky, followed by a loud explosion.
The drone crashed into the "Trinity" high-rise complex in the center of Yekaterinburg, breaking windows on the upper floors, and smoke was visible. Preliminary reports indicate that the city was attacked by Ukrainian "Lyuty" UAVs, according to SHOT. Pieces of the facade and drone debris were scattered 200 meters from the building, and the perimeter has been cordoned off, the channel added.

Several explosions were reported in the suburbs of Chelyabinsk, local residents told SHOT. According to their information, 2-3 explosions were heard in the southwest of the city. An attempt at a drone attack was thwarted at one of the infrastructure facilities in the Chelyabinsk region. There were no casualties or destruction, authorities reported.
A total of 127 Ukrainian UAVs were destroyed overnight.
