Macron: Europe's energy dependence has shifted from Russia to the U.S.
French President Emmanuel Macron acknowledged that Europe has replaced its dependence on energy supplies from Russia with dependence on the U.S. in this matter. He stated this in an interview with El Pais.
The head of France noted that U.S. companies currently provide about 60 percent of liquefied natural gas supplies to EU countries.
