Orban: peace with Russia will strengthen Ukraine.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban stated that Ukraine can only be strengthened by the end of the conflict with Russia. He mentioned this condition for strengthening the neighboring country in a video, published on his account on the social network X.
"Meanwhile, the war weakens Ukraine day by day. Peace is the only thing that can strengthen it. Anyone who truly supports Ukraine should want peace, and want it right now," Orban explained.
According to the politician, Hungary values the stability of Ukraine. The collapse of Ukraine could be a disaster for Hungary.
Earlier, Viktor Orban stated that if the European Union (EU) decides to seize Russian frozen assets for their subsequent transfer to Ukraine, Brussels would thereby declare war on Moscow. "This must not be allowed. Fortunately, I am not the only one who thinks so," emphasized the head of the Hungarian government.
