This chicken roll combines juicy meat, fresh vegetables, and a rich sauce with a hint of spice. It is perfect for a quick lunch, a picnic, or a snack throughout the day.

For the Chicken
chicken breast — 450 g
smoked paprika — 1 tbsp
red pepper — ½ tsp
coriander — 1 tsp
garlic seasoning — 1 tsp
black pepper — ½ tsp
mayonnaise — 2 tbsp
vegetable oil — 2 tbsp
lemon juice — 1 tbsp
ghee — 2 tbsp
For the Vegetables
red onion — 1 pc.
lettuce — 1 head
tomatoes — 2 pcs.
For the Sauce
mayonnaise — ½ cup
sour cream — ⅓ cup
garlic seasoning — 1 tsp
smoked paprika — 1 tsp
black pepper — ½ tsp
hot sauce — 2–3 tbsp
lemon juice — 1 tbsp
parsley — 1 tbsp
buttermilk — 3–4 tbsp
For Assembly
tortillas — 3 pcs.
Preparation

Marinating the Chicken
Mix the chicken breast with the spices, mayonnaise, vegetable oil, and lemon juice. Let it sit for at least 2 hours — this will make the meat tender and flavorful. -
Frying
Heat the ghee and cook the chicken in small batches for 3–4 minutes on one side. Then cover with a lid and cook for another 4–5 minutes until done. -
Sauce
Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, spices, hot sauce, lemon juice, and parsley.
If a lighter consistency is needed, add a little buttermilk. -
Preparing the Base
Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes on each side. -
Assembling the Roll
On the tortilla, place lettuce leaves, chicken, sliced tomatoes, and onion.
Generously add the sauce and carefully roll it up.
Serving
The finished roll is served immediately after preparation.
It turns out juicy, aromatic, and holds its shape well.
