Russian singer Filipp Kirkorov spoke about how sometimes overly emotional fans can accidentally hurt him during performances. According to the artist, such situations arise from the strong emotions of fans, not from aggression.
"They can shove a rose in my eye"
During a conversation with journalists, Kirkorov shared memories of his touring experiences and the reactions of fans at concerts. According to him, the audience sometimes expresses their love so fervently that it leads to awkward and even painful incidents.
The artist noted that fans can pass flowers directly from the audience to the stage, sometimes without any wrapping, and in moments of strong emotions, they might accidentally hit him.
"They express their reactions so passionately that sometimes they can shove a rose in my eye or give me a bouquet of roses without wrapping. Out of happiness, they might press my hand against those roses," the singer said.
Fan love without malice
At the same time, the performer emphasized that such cases should not be perceived as acts of aggression. In his opinion, it is about the excessive emotionality of fans who strive to express their support and love.
Kirkorov added that over the years of performing, he has become accustomed to such displays of attention and regards them with understanding, considering them a part of the artist's concert life.
