TV presenter and showman Maxim Galkin encountered a serious incident during his winter vacation. The artist flew to the elite ski resort of Courchevel, located in the French Alps. Along with him, his children from Alla Pugacheva — 12-year-old Lisa and Harry — also arrived for the holiday. The carefree family weekend was interrupted by an emergency situation.
A few hours ago, the 49-year-old artist published quite alarming footage on his personal blog. Maxim Galkin informed his followers about a large fire in one of the local hotels. According to the showman, the situation has remained critical for a long time. The fire, he admitted, started last evening.
"We have a fire in Courchevel. A hotel is burning. It has been burning since the evening, and they can't put it out. What a nightmare..." Galkin emotionally commented on the ongoing situation.

A state of emergency has been declared at the resort. Staff and vacationers are being evacuated from the luxury hotel and nearby buildings. Emergency services are on site — more than 100 firefighters have been dispatched to combat the flames.
