Find an object around you — a tree, a cloud, a beloved pet — and examine it as closely as possible. Notice its shape, color, movement. This simple focus brings attention back to the present moment and helps turn off the inner noise.

2. Try Meditation

Meditation is not about yoga and candles, but about the ability to concentrate. Ten minutes a day is enough to reduce anxiety and learn to be in the moment. Use apps or short video lessons to get started.

3. Imagine You Are Watching a Movie

Go outside or sit in a café and observe what is happening as if it were scenes from a movie. Notice the people, sounds, smells, and the movement of light. This exercise helps realize that life is right in front of you, and it is unique.

4. Feel the Grounding

When anxiety hits, focus on the sensations in your legs. Feel the ground under your feet, the difference between surfaces, the weight of your body. This simple action grounds you and helps let go of unnecessary thoughts.

5. Dance

Move to the music, even if no one is watching. Dancing helps release inner tension and brings joy back to your body. It doesn’t matter how beautifully you move — what matters is that you feel free.

The past cannot be changed, the future has not yet come — but today you can choose how to live this day.
