The political scientist explained why the Prime Minister did not dare to 'touch' the Minister of Agriculture.
Let us remind you that not long ago, Prime Minister Evika Silina did not rule out the dismissal of Minister of Agriculture Armands Krauze (Union of Greens and Farmers) in light of the scandal regarding support for the woodworking industry. However, soon the Prime Minister "changed her mind" about demanding the minister's resignation. Here is how political scientist Philipp Raevsky explained this on the social network X:
"In public statements, the boundaries are clearly defined. The Union of Greens and Farmers clearly stated that if their ministers are touched, the government will immediately 'fall.' This is a very direct and clear decision. At the same time, the 'progressives' are very clearly showing that they are afraid of the government's collapse."
