It is quite possible that the ruling parties will also discuss the emergence of a new political force.

At the upcoming coalition council, the ruling politicians may once again discuss the relationships within the coalition, which have reportedly deteriorated sharply after the "green farmers" supported the opposition's bill to withdraw from the Istanbul Convention.

Rumor has it that the "green farmers" will express their dissatisfaction with the rhetoric of the "progressives" and "New Unity," who constantly try to accuse opponents of the convention of some allegiance to the ideas of the Kremlin and almost of participating in Russia's propaganda campaign.

In turn, the Prime Minister will once again try to convince the "green farmers" that they should "reconsider" and vote against Latvia's withdrawal from the Istanbul Convention.

Partners are expected to preliminarily discuss possible options for further budget cuts.

The ruling parties will surely exchange views on the ongoing rise in prices - primarily for food. However, the ruling parties currently have no special tools to influence price increases.

It cannot be ruled out that the ruling parties will discuss the new political movement led by Alvis Hermanis, which, let us remind you, promises radical reform of the electoral system. Initially, the ruling parties treated Hermanis's movement... lightly, being confident that nothing would come of it.

But it is now clear that the movement is gaining momentum and could soon become a serious competitor to all three ruling parties.
