On Wednesday evening, a free concert by Linda Lin will take place at the Kukushkina Hill stage (Dzegužkalns) in Riga. The performance will open the traditional summer concert program in the city parks.
Today, August 5, at 19:00, the famous Latvian singer Linda Lin will perform with her band at the Kukushkina Hill stage (Dzegužkalns) in Riga.
The concert program includes both the most famous songs from different years and new tracks from the trilogy of mini-albums "Waves," released this year.
Before the main performance, the stage will be taken by the duo of Rihards Lībietis (guitar) and Erna Daugaviete (cello), who will kick off the evening with a musical program.
Admission to the concert is free, so everyone is welcome to attend.
The concert will be the first event of the annual "Musical Parks" program, which will feature free performances in several green areas of the capital throughout August.
Residents and guests of Riga can look forward to concerts not only at Kukushkina Hill but also in the park of the "Ziemelblazma" palace and in the Vermanes Garden. This format has allowed free access to performances by well-known Latvian artists in the open air for several years.
The evening concert will be a great opportunity to combine a walk through one of the oldest parks in Riga with live music.
