On Saturday, rain and gusty winds are expected in many regions of Latvia, meteorologists forecast.
In the morning, light precipitation is expected in some areas, while in the afternoon and evening, rain will fall in most parts of the country.
It will be mostly cloudy. In the afternoon and evening, wind gusts of up to 12-17 meters per second are expected. Initially, the southern and southwestern winds will strengthen, becoming northwestern by evening.
The minimum air temperature at night will be -2 to +2 degrees, and +4 degrees on the coast. During the day, temperatures will rise to +7 to +13 degrees.
In Riga, rain is expected intermittently during the day and evening on Saturday, with wind gusts reaching 16 meters per second. The air temperature will drop to +3 degrees at night and rise to +12 degrees during the day.
