Thus, the warmest day in the last month is expected.
In some places across the country, the sun will shine, while in certain areas of Latgale, light snow will continue. A weak northeast wind will blow.
In Riga, no precipitation is expected, the sun may peek through the clouds, a weak north to northeast wind will blow, and the air temperature will rise to -3 to -4 degrees.
The weather conditions are determined by an area of low pressure. Atmospheric pressure is 987–991 hPa at sea level.
