There will be light snow in some places, with more precipitation expected at night in Latgale. A weak to moderate northeast wind will blow, with gusts of up to 14 meters per second at night along the Kurzeme coast of the Gulf of Riga.
The air temperature at night and in the morning will range from -11 to -18 degrees, and in northern Kurzeme, it will be up to -7 to -11 degrees. The maximum temperature during the day will range from -6 degrees on the Kurzeme coast to -13 degrees in some areas of the eastern regions of the country. A decrease in temperature is expected by evening.
In Riga, it will be sunny on Thursday, with no significant precipitation. The air temperature in the capital will range from -13 degrees in the morning to -9 degrees in the middle of the day.
