Rīgas satiksme urges passengers to show understanding and help bus and trolleybus drivers keep warm at their workplace during the winter period.
Although the drivers' cabins are partially closed, cold air can enter through the front doors. To help retain heat and care for the drivers' health, passengers are recommended to use the middle and rear doors for entry and exit. This will help reduce heat loss in the driver's cabin.
It is noted that if someone prefers to enter through the front doors, the driver will open them and take the passenger to the desired stop.
