On Tuesday, in some places in Latvia, clouds will disperse, and the sun will shine, forecasters predict, LETA reports.
Significant precipitation is not expected. In some areas, frost will remain. The maximum air temperature will range from -5 to -10 degrees.
Due to weak winds or their absence in some places — mainly in cities — pollution caused by heating and transport will accumulate in the air.
In Riga, significant precipitation is not expected, there will be a light wind, and the air temperature will rise to -7 degrees.
Weather conditions are determined by an area of high pressure. Atmospheric pressure is 1017–1020 hPa at sea level.
