The day will be sunny, with snow clouds expected in some places. A light to moderate eastern and northeastern wind will blow, and the air temperature will be -1...-7 degrees.
In Riga, brief snowfall is possible in the first half of the night, and during the day the cloud cover will disperse. The air temperature in the capital will be around -5 degrees.
