The sun will occasionally peek through the clouds, and the wind will mostly be weak, coming from the north.
The maximum air temperature will range from +1 to +6 degrees. In the morning and evening, icy conditions are expected on the roads in some areas.
In Riga, brief rain showers are possible, with a weak northwestern wind that will shift to a northeastern direction in the evening. The maximum air temperature will be +5 degrees.
An anticyclone is strengthening in Scandinavia, and colder air is approaching from the northeast.
