On Thursday and into Friday night, warm weather will persist, with rain expected in most parts of the country. On Friday, the wind will shift to the north and northeast, and the air temperature will drop, with the sun peeking out in some areas.

It is expected that on Saturday night, the air temperature will drop to -3 to -8 degrees, with slightly warmer conditions along the Kurzeme coast. Additionally, throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday, frost will remain in most regions of the country. Snow will fall in many places, leading to snow cover formation.

Next week, warmer weather will return, with air temperatures possibly rising to +5 to +9 degrees in some areas. Occasional precipitation is expected, mainly in the form of rain. Similar weather conditions are possible on Christmas.
