No significant precipitation is expected either at night or during the day; however, some sections of the roads will be slippery.
A light wind will persist, with calm conditions. The minimum air temperature at night and in the morning will be -1 to -7 degrees, while during the day the air will warm up to -2 to +2 degrees.
On Tuesday, no precipitation is expected in Riga, and the sun will peek through the clouds. The wind will be light. At night, the air temperature will drop to -2 degrees, with frost possible in the suburbs down to five degrees. The maximum temperature during the day will be around zero degrees.
