According to meteorologists' forecasts, rain is expected in most of Latvia on Monday.
More precipitation will occur in the morning hours in Latgale and eastern Vidzeme as the departing rain zone moves away, and by midday, new rain clouds will reach Latvia from the south, with more rain expected in Latgale and Selia.
The sky will be overcast, but by evening, cloud cover will decrease in Kurzeme. Fog will persist in some areas of the country.
The air temperature will be +7 to +11 degrees. A light breeze and calm conditions are expected.
In Riga, light rain is anticipated, the sky will be covered with clouds, and fog and haze are also expected. A light breeze will continue, with the air temperature at +9 degrees.
