Light rain is expected only in the eastern part of Latvia. A light wind will blow, and fog will persist in some areas during the morning hours. The maximum air temperature will be +8 to +11 degrees.
In Riga, the sky will be mostly cloudy, with occasional clearings. Light rain is possible in the morning, and the air temperature in the capital will not exceed +10 degrees.
