During the day, it will be mostly cloudy, with the sun peeking out in some places during the morning and pre-lunch hours. In the morning and until noon, rainy weather will persist in the far northeastern regions, while a new area of precipitation approaching from the southwest will bring brief rain to other regions of Latvia throughout the day.
A moderate southern wind will prevail, with the southern and southwestern wind becoming gusty along the seaside by midday. The air temperature will warm up only a few degrees, reaching +7…+11 degrees.
In Riga, variable cloudiness is expected in the morning, but in the afternoon, the clouds will increase, and brief rain will occur in some places. A weak to moderate southwest wind will blow, and the air temperature will rise to +9…+10 degrees.
