The speed of the southern and southeastern wind will reach 9–14 meters per second in gusts.
The maximum air temperature will be +7 to +12 degrees.
In Riga, the sun will peek through the clouds, and no rain is expected; the southeastern wind will gust up to 13 meters per second, and the air will warm up to +9 degrees.
The weather conditions are influenced by the eastern edge of the cyclone.
