On Saturday, the cloud cover in Latvia will gradually decrease; however, in the morning and early afternoon, brief showers are still expected in some areas, predicts the Latvian Centre for Environment, Geology and Meteorology (LCEGM), reports LETA.
There will be a moderate western, northwestern wind, with gusts up to 14 meters per second in coastal areas. The maximum air temperature will range from +11 to +16 degrees.
In Riga, the cloud cover will be variable, and significant precipitation is not expected. The wind from the west will change to northwestern and western during the day and will strengthen slightly, with gusts up to 14 m/s. The air will warm up to +14...+15 degrees, predicts the Latvian Centre for Environment, Geology and Meteorology (LCEGM).
