Just yesterday, forecasters did not predict precipitation, but now the situation has changed.
On Saturday afternoon, it will mostly be dry in Latvia, but late in the evening, a zone of precipitation will reach the territory of the country, predicts the Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Centre.
In the afternoon, brief rain is possible only in some regions. A moderate southeast to east wind will blow, with gusts of up to 15-17 meters per second along the Kurzeme coast from midday. The air temperature will be +9...+13 degrees.
In Riga, the sun will alternate with clouds during the day, and no precipitation is expected. The air temperature will not exceed +10...+12 degrees.
