"Every morning I start with a workout at 9:00 AM. I exercise for an hour and then swim in the sea for another hour. In Paris, I prefer to train in the gym or at home—I love exercises with dumbbells and resistance bands, even when I'm editing or watching TV," the actress wrote.
"I’m doing this cursed sport. I try... I stick to this diet, Lord Jesus. But if someone offers me a glass of champagne, who would refuse it? One must enjoy life," Litvinova stated.
