Знаменитый аристт выглядит просто страшно.

They raised his rent to $7,000 a month.

The 73-year-old former Hollywood "bad boy" looked nothing like he did at the height of his career when he was in great shape. He was picking up orders from Taco Bell and the supermarket.

Apparently, the actor has significantly thinning hair since he was last seen on August 11, when he had noticeably thicker hair.

The frail Rourke, in a striped sweater, with beads and barefoot, looked grim during his rare public appearance amid ongoing issues in his personal life.

The Daily Mail reached out to Rourke's representatives for comment but has yet to receive a response.

According to documents obtained by the Daily Mail and filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court, a notice was sent stating that he must pay the allegedly overdue rent within three days or vacate the premises. At that time, according to the plaintiff Eric T. Goldie’s lawsuit, Rourke owed $59,100.

Rourke (real name – Philip Rourke Jr.) has been renting a three-bedroom house since March 30 of last year, when he signed a lease for $5,200 a month.

The lawsuit states that the monthly rent for the house with two and a half bathrooms was raised to $7,000 in the second month of Rourke's residency.

Rourke's rented house has significant ties to early 20th-century Los Angeles history, as the home, built in 1926, was occupied in the 1940s by influential crime writer Raymond Chandler, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The house is also located in the heart of the Beverly Grove area of Los Angeles, south of West Hollywood, just a few blocks from the popular shopping center Grove and the adjacent farmers' market.

According to the complaint, Rourke was not home when someone attempted to deliver him the three-day eviction notice on December 18, so the document was left at the house.

In addition to the $59,100 that Rourke allegedly owes in overdue rent, Goldie is also demanding that the actor, who starred in Iron Man II, pay for his attorney's fees and terminate the lease, which presumably would prevent Rourke from continuing to live in the house even if he pays up.

This lawsuit marks another setback for the actor from "Angel Heart" after he was expelled from the British reality show "Big Brother" last year for "unacceptable comments and behavior" towards his housemate JoJo Siwa.

In April, Rourke's brief stint on the reality show unexpectedly came to an end when he made homophobic remarks towards the 22-year-old queer dancer.

In one episode, the actor from "The Wrestler" mentioned Siwa's sexual orientation and said he would "very quickly vote against a lesbian."

After Rourke was caught planning to vote against her, he used British slang and said, "I need a bloody," as if referring to a cigarette, and then pointed at the dancer and added, "I’m not talking to you."

Fans of the show labeled Rourke a "homophobe" on social media due to his comments, including an incident where he brought Siwa to tears by stating he could "make her heterosexual."
