According to court documents obtained by Page Six, 17-year-old Sunday Rose and 15-year-old Faith Margaret will live with their mother for the majority of the year — 306 days. Keith Urban, in turn, will be able to spend time with his daughters every other weekend.
Financial Arrangements
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have decided to waive alimony payments to each other. The basis for this decision is their comparable incomes: each earns over $100,000 per month. The parties will also cover their own legal expenses.
Division of Property
All of the couple's assets — including investments, bank accounts, real estate, furniture, appliances, vehicles, and personal belongings — will be divided by mutual agreement. Each of the former spouses retains the property that is in their possession at the time of the divorce.
