Sofia posed on the cover of the magazine in a black maxi dress with white embroidery in a Russian style.
The wife of the general director of Channel One Konstantin Ernst, actress Sofia Ernst, appeared with singer Vanya Dmitriyenko. She posted a video on Instagram (the owner of the company Meta is recognized as extremist and banned in Russia).
37-year-old Sofia Ernst appeared in a wig with short black hair and makeup with dark pink lipstick. The actress posed in a beige trench coat. Next to her stood singer Vanya Dmitriyenko.
Last week, Sofia Ernst became the heroine of a new issue of U Magazine. She posed on the cover in a black maxi dress with white embroidery in a Russian style. The actress also wore light leather heeled ankle boots. Her hair was styled in soft waves and she had makeup done. The celebrity posed standing next to a horse.
In November, Sofia Ernst participated in the shooting of a new advertising campaign for the brand "Khokhloma." In one of the photos, the actress appeared before the camera in a white blouse with long sleeves, over which she wore a silver corset dress. The artist's look was complemented by large earrings and leather heeled boots. Ernst's wife had voluminous styling and makeup with dark eyeshadow and brown lipstick. The celebrity posed sitting on a bed.
Konstantin Ernst previously dated theater critic Anna Silyunas. They have a daughter, Alexandra, who carries her father's surname.
From 1998 to 2010, Ernst was in a relationship with producer Larisa Sinelshchikova, who headed "VID," and then the company "Krasny Kvadrat" created on its basis. Society publications repeatedly referred to Sinelshchikova as Ernst's wife, but they were not married. Konstantin raised his adopted son Igor and daughter Anastasia as his own.
Since 2014, Ernst has been in a relationship with Sofia Pavlovna Zayka, a former employee of the fashion house Ulyana Sergeenko. In 2017, the couple legalized their relationship. Since 2015, Sofia has started acting in films and TV series, including projects produced with the participation of "Channel One" ("Mysterious Passion," "Viking," "Union of Salvation," "Gloomy River," "Love of the Soviet Union"); in 2018 she graduated from the Moscow Art Theater School and was accepted into the troupe of the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater. Konstantin and Sofia have three children: daughters Erika (born 2016) and Kira (born 2017), and son Lev (born 2020).
In 2014, the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting petitioned to ban 49 Russian journalists, including Ernst, from entering Ukraine. The petition regarding 35 individuals was approved by the Security Service of Ukraine. In the spring of 2016, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko endorsed the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, which prohibited Ernst and 16 other journalists, editors, and media leaders from entering Ukraine.
On March 15, 2022, amid Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the European Union imposed sanctions against Ernst "for organizing and disseminating anti-Ukrainian and anti-American propaganda of the Russian authorities." The European Union noted that Ernst is the general director of Channel One, one of the largest Russian media companies, which has been used by the Russian authorities for propaganda purposes for many years.
On March 6, 2022, he was included in Canada's sanctions list of "elites and close associates of the regime" for "complicity in Russia's unjustified invasion of Ukraine."
On May 9, 2022, the United Kingdom added Ernst to its sanctions list, noting that "after Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Channel One significantly intensified its political broadcasts containing pro-Kremlin and interventionist ideas."
On similar grounds, he has been under sanctions from Switzerland since March 16, 2022. By decree of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky dated June 24, 2021, he is under sanctions from Ukraine. Since December 12, 2022, he has been under sanctions from New Zealand. On February 24, 2023, he was included in Australia's sanctions list. He has been banned from entering these countries, and assets located in their territory have been frozen.
