One of the leaders of the right-wing party 'Reform UK' Nigel Farage, Zia Yusuf, called for the dismissal and pension stripping of officials who allow criminal migrants to remain in the country.
It became known that a representative of this political force, which has surpassed traditional leaders in popularity, wanted to take away pensions from officials who assist foreign offenders, according to his article in the Daily Telegraph.
Yusuf promised that his party, if victorious in the elections, would establish a special unit to review all asylum cases from the past decade; this, he stated, would not be a formality, but a "serious, thorough investigation with real consequences."
"Any civil servant who knowingly allowed a foreigner guilty of a sexual crime to remain in the country will be dismissed," the politician wrote, noting that such officials would not only lose their pensions but could also face criminal prosecution.
