Sergey Shnurov Becomes the Most Expensive Artist for Corporate Events: Fee Up to 27 Million Rubles

Sergey Shnurov and his band "Leningrad" have officially topped the ranking of the most expensive stars for New Year's corporate events, surpassing even the recent record of Nadezhda Kadysheva.

Record Fees

According to Mash, the performance of the band costs:

  • 20+ million rubles — for a 40-minute set;
  • 24+ million rubles — for a show lasting about an hour.

Additionally, the client must pay an exclusive rider costing 3 million rubles, which includes:

  • flights exclusively in business class,
  • transfer in a Maybach,
  • a personal bodyguard.

Paradox: High Price — Empty Calendar

Despite being the most expensive artist of the season, Shnurov's December schedule is almost empty. Media reports indicate that only three clients have agreed to such a high price — the rest of the calendar remains unfilled.

How Downtime is Compensated: Fines

The musician's team has developed a system of fines for organizers, capable of bringing additional profit to the artist. Potential penalties include:

  • 150,000 rubles — for catering level discrepancies;
  • ~1,000,000 rubles — for annoying requests for selfies or autographs;
  • ~1,000,000 rubles — for flights not in first class or with layovers.

Thus, even with a minimal number of concerts, Shnurov is guaranteed to receive at least 60 million rubles for just three performances — not counting income from fines.

Even the status of a legend and the iconic image of "Leningrad" do not always save from the cold arithmetic of demand. It seems that the market is increasingly voting with rubles — and not always in favor of inflated prices.
