Australian pop diva Kylie Minogue has released a music video for her song Office Party, which was filmed in Latvia — at the Latvian State Archive of Film, Photo, and Sound Documents, reports Otkrito.lv.
To create a music video for her new song, world-renowned Australian singer Kylie Minogue came to Riga for a while in early November.
On November 5, passersby near the Latvian Society House on Architectu and Merķeļa streets noticed large vans, lighting equipment, and even cranes. The equipment belonged to the Danish film company Vacation Unit, which was shooting a feature film at the Latvian Society House. At the same time, this equipment was also used by Kylie Minogue, who was filming her music video.
People on social media reported that Kylie was very warm in her interactions with the crew. In Riga, a casting call for dancers was even held for the video, and Dzelzs vilks band musician Kaspars Tobis lent two synthesizers for the shoot.
On December 5, the singer also released a special Christmas album, Kylie’s 10th Anniversary Christmas Album, which includes four new songs. The album features iconic hits Santa Baby and It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year, along with new tracks Hot In December, This Time Of Year, Office Party, and XMAS (Amazon Music Original).
Throughout her career, Minogue has sold over 80 million records, and her songs have been streamed more than five billion times on streaming platforms. She has released nine albums. During her career, the singer has received four BRIT Awards, two MTV Awards, and two Grammy Awards.
