Two Trees You Shouldn't Plant on Your Property: Dangerous and Beautiful

Dacha owners strive to beautify their property, but they do not always realize the potential risks.

Many gardeners choose to plant trees near their homes, hoping for shade that will help cope with the summer heat and add attractiveness to the property.

However, not everyone understands the dangers that may lurk behind such plantings. It is important to know the following.

A young tree that is planted begins to grow, and its crown, like its roots, will increase in size.

Apricot

In search of warmth, the apricot tree will grow, directing its branches towards the house. At some point, they may end up on the roof, and under their weight, the tiles may begin to break.

If you trim the branches, there will be no desired shade, but the roots, which may be under pathways and the foundation, cannot be trimmed.

Spruce

The powerful roots of the spruce can lift pathways and cause damage to structures and utilities. The leaves of these trees can clog gutters.
