Do you want your washing machine to last long and work properly, without breaking down or requiring repairs?
Yes, improper washing can lead to serious problems that may result in device malfunction.
To avoid issues, simply follow three easy recommendations.
First Rule
Before loading clothes into the drum, make sure there is nothing in the pockets and that zippers are fastened.
Items left in pockets can cause blockages in the drainage system.
Additionally, buttons, locks, and decorative elements may get damaged during washing.
Don't forget to unbutton buttons before washing.
Second Rule
Do not overload the drum. It is recommended to fill it with items no more than two-thirds of its capacity.
Cotton items can be loaded to the volume specified in the washing machine's instructions, for synthetics — two-thirds, and for wool — one-third.
Distribute the loaded items evenly in the drum.
Do not load too little laundry — a minimum of one and a half kilograms.
Third Rule
Watch out for the machine starting to vibrate excessively.
If it begins to “dance,” try leveling it. This usually helps.
If you don't have a level, you can use a tray: pour a little water into it, place it on the top cover, and see if it evenly covers the bottom.
