Making Homemade Ice Cream with Three Ingredients: Tastier than Store-Bought

What could be better than cold, slightly melted ice cream on a hot summer day? Of course, ice cream made at home.

 

This simple recipe requires only three ingredients. To make this delicious treat, you will need:

200 grams of condensed milk;
600 milliliters of 33% cream;
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Combine all the components of the future ice cream in a deep container. Whip them with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Fill the resulting mixture into ice cream molds, which can be replaced with regular cardboard cups.

Now wait for the dessert to freeze in the freezer. This usually takes about three to five hours.

If you happen to have a chocolate bar left, you can make real vanilla ice cream in chocolate. Melt the bar in a water bath and dip the frozen ice cream into the chocolate, then return it to the freezer.

A simple, delicious, and quick treat is ready.
