The airline notes that some users may still encounter difficulties while the technical team of airBaltic's partners continues to work on fully restoring the system.
In case of any uncertainties, passengers are asked to contact the airBaltic call center at +371 6700 6006 or submit a request in the 'contact us' section on the airBaltic website.
As reported, since Thursday, May 7, online check-in for flights and ticket booking on the airBaltic website has been disrupted, according to the company's message on the X platform.
